The Mailzone platform allows only one Mailzone platform account per user. If there is evidence or the Mailzone platform has reason to believe that you have improperly registered or improperly used multiple Mailzone platform accounts, the Mailzone platform may take measures such as freezing or closing accounts, cancelling orders, and refusing to provide services, such as reporting to the Mailzone platform and related parties If losses are caused, you will also be liable for compensation.

You should update the information you provide in a timely manner. If the law clearly requires the Nediya platform as a platform service provider to verify user information, the Nediya platform will check and verify your information from time to time in accordance with the law. You should cooperate in providing current, true, complete and valid information.

If the Nediya platform does not contact you on the basis of the last information provided by you, if you do not provide the information requested by the Nediya platform in a timely manner, if the information provided by you is obviously untrue, or if the administrative and judicial authorities verify that the information provided by you is invalid, you will be responsible for the consequences. All losses and negative consequences caused to you, to others and to the Nediya platform.

[Account Safety Custody Duty] Your account is created and maintained by you. The Nediya platform will not actively ask you for your account password at any time. If the Nediya platform is not legally at fault, the Nediya platform will not be liable.

Both parties acknowledge that You will be required to top up Your Exclusive User Account by way of prepayment. If the price of the service is modified or changed, Nediya will inform or announce it on the service page. 4.2.2 You can recharge your account as follows:

Nediya fulfills the basic guarantee obligations in accordance with the legal provisions, but Nediya does not assume any corresponding liability for breach of contract due to obstacles in the performance of the contract, performance defects, delays in performance or changes in the content of the service for the following reasons

Force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government measures, judicial administrative orders, etc;

Due to power failure, communication network failure and other public service factors or third party factors;

6.1 You must abide by this Agreement and the relevant requirements of the Nediya platform when using the Nediya services and may not use this service to engage in the following behaviors (including but not limited to providing comfort to your associated users, etc.)

6.1.1 Download pirated, infringing and other online resources using P2P technology;

6.1.2 Access or create illegal Internet activities such as gambling, gambling games, "private servers", "plug-ins", nationally prohibited websites;

6.1.3 Publish, transmit and distribute e-mail advertising and spam (SPAM);

6.1.4 Publish, transmit or distribute unsolicited or unwanted email, electronic advertising, or email containing reactionary, pornographic or other harmful information;

6.1.5 Set up or use any device, configure and run any programs or processes that are unrelated to the Service being used and that will cause the Service to use a large amount of server memory, CPU or network bandwidth resources or adversely affect the system of the Service or the provision of services on the Service. Other networks, servers (including but not limited to local, foreign and international networks, servers, etc.), products/applications, etc. used by the Party will bring serious loads, affecting the Service and the international Internet, or the Service and certain networks, servers and smooth connections within the Service may cause the server used by the Service or the Service buyer in the Service to fail or crash, or other products/applications based on the Service to be inaccessible, etc;

6.1.12 Any other behaviour that violates this Agreement and related agreements and rules.

6.2 If Nediya determines on its own or based on information from relevant departments, complaints from rights holders, etc. that your behaviour violates relevant laws and regulations or this agreement, Nediya has the right to unilaterally take one of the following measures at any time:

6.2.1 Immediately delete, block or disconnect relevant content or links;

6.2.2 Restrict or suspend the Service Buyer's use of the Service (including, but not limited to, directly taking some of your services offline and withdrawing related resources, imposing operational restrictions on your service account, etc.); and

6.2.3 Terminate the Service Buyer's use of the Service and terminate the cooperation (including, but not limited to, directly taking all of your services offline and withdrawing related resources, etc.);

6.2.4 pursue your legal liabilities.

6.3 If you encounter an interruption in the service of the Nediya system, you should contact the customer service of the Nediya platform as soon as possible. Nediya will provide you with free customer service. If the problem of service interruption of the Nediya system remains unsolved for more than 24 hours after the sale, Nediya promises to compensate you for the service time. You must send Nediya a description of the interruption and the duration of the interruption within 48 hours after the interruption of the service. 8.2 If your behaviour causes Mailzone to suffer claims from third parties, Mailzone may recover all losses from you after assuming obligations such as payment of money to the third party.

8.3 If your behaviour causes damage to a third party or if you do not comply with the arbitration decision, Mailzone can deduct the corresponding amount from your account in order to protect the public interest or the rights and interests of consumers. If your account balance is insufficient to pay the corresponding amount, you agree to authorize Mailzone to use its own funds to pay the above-mentioned amount on your behalf, and you will return this part of the fee and compensate Mailzone for all losses caused by this.

Nediya may from time to time modify this Agreement and the Supplemental Agreement in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and the need to maintain transaction order and protect consumer rights and interests. The amended Agreement and Supplemental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Amendments") will be notified or announced on the Service Site.

If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the services of the Nediya platform from the effective date of the changes, and the changes will have no effect on you; if you continue to use the services of the Nediya platform after the effective date of the changes, it will be deemed that you agree with the changes that have taken effect.

10.1 Circumstances of termination

[User-Initiated Termination]You have the right to terminate this Agreement in any of the following ways:

You stop using the Service before the changes take effect and express your unwillingness to accept the changes;

You expressly express your unwillingness to continue using the services of the Nediya platform and to comply with Nediya's cancellation conditions.

[Termination by Nediya] Nediya may notify you to terminate this Agreement if the following circumstances occur.

If you violate the terms of this Agreement, Nediya may terminate this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Breach of Contract clause;

Your use of the services of the Nediya platform infringes the legitimate rights and interests of others or otherwise seriously violates laws and regulations;

Other circumstances that justify the termination of the service.

10.2 After termination of the agreement

[Disclosure of User Information] After the termination of this agreement, Nediya has no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or a third party designated by you, unless otherwise expressly provided by law.

[Nediya Rights] Upon termination of this Agreement, Nediya shall have the following rights:

Continue to store all types of information you have stored on the Nediya platform;

For your past breach of contract, Nediya may still hold you liable for breach of contract in accordance with this agreement.

[Applicable Law] The formation, validity, interpretation, revision, amendment, termination, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and, in the absence of such laws, by reference to trade usage and/or industry practices.

[Jurisdiction] Any dispute arising out of or during the performance of this Agreement shall first be resolved by negotiation between you and the Nediya platform. If the solution cannot be found, both you and the Nediya platform agree to file a lawsuit in the court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. During the course of the litigation, you and the Nediya platform will continue to perform other parts of this contract that are not involved in the litigation.
